(20:03) MOSS LANDING- The Moss Landing Harbor is preparing for dock repairs. The harbor has been turning away boaters wanting docking slips for the opening of salmon season this weekend. An officials says 15 slips including the visitors dock were damaged by recent storm surges. Repairs to the facilty are expected to be completed in about six weeks.
