(08:45) MONTEREY COUNTY – Schools across Monterey County are experiencing teacher shortages. There are currently 200 positions open within the county’s 24 school districts. A variety of teaching opportunities are available including elementary education, special ed, science and math. In order to get more teachers, some Monterey County school districts are offering signing bonuses of up to $10,000. (S.G.)
