(11:34) SALINAS- Salinas police are investigating a fatal hit and run. Officials say the incident took place at 4:30 a.m. on East Market near King Street where a 65 year old man was struck by a small white pick up truck. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Anyone with information on the incident is to contact Salinas police.
