(18:46) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz Parks and Recreations crews bulldozed sections of the Beach Flats Community Garden yesterday (Thurs). Garden activist say that crews moved originally agreed up on boundaries, established after The Seaside Company agreed to a three year loss of the property. An official with the Parks and Recreation department called the incident a mistake due to miscommunication.
