(08:14) SACRAMENTO – A proposed measure to raise California’s minimum wage has qualified to appear on the November ballot. The proposal, introduced by a group within the Service Employees International Union, would increase the state’s minimum wage to $15 an hour by 2021. The rate would increase by $1 annually for the next five years. The measure would also raise the minimum number of annual paid sick days from three to six. (S.G.)
