(19:33) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – Volunteers are being sought to serve on the 19-member Santa Cruz County Civil Grand Jury. The Civil Grand Jury is empowered to investigate the operations of city and county governments. Candidates must be U.S. citizens who have lived in the county for a minimum of a year, and they have to be at least 18 years-old.
