(17:47) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – Due to the recent extreme weather, Santa Cruz County Supervisors voted today to proclaim a local emergency. The weather caused flooding, downed trees and power lines, and caused serious damage to nearly 2-dozen county roads. The damage is estimated to be more than 11-million dollars.
