(18:21) SALINAS/SANTA CRUZ – A man who was arrested a couple days after he slipped away during a recent 40-hour stand-off in Salinas appeared before a Santa Cruz county judge this week. 30 year-old Agustin Leon-Palomares faces several charges here, including auto theft and vandalism connected with a domestic violence case. The arraignment for Leon-Palomares has been delayed until March 16th, so his defense attorney can review the case.
