(21:12) SALINAS – 8 people were arrested during a sting operation in Salinas this morning. Undercover officers stationed themselves inside the courtroom as the judge told defendants that they were not allowed to drive until they were licensed and insured. 8 of those walked out of the courthouse, got into a car, and drove away. Those 8 were cited for driving on a suspended license, and the cars were impounded for 30 days.
