(06:48) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – Santa Cruz County voters will be seeing a parcel tax on the June ballot aiming to support local libraries. The purpose of the measure is to help fund maintenance and construction projects at the county’s libraries. The tax would require property owners to pay $49.50 per parcel, per year, for 30 years, which would accumulate $67 million in funding.
