(17:10) BOULDER CREEK – Highway 9 was blocked at Highway 36 Monday morning, after a tree fell on power lines there and then hit a vehicle. The incident occurred at 9:55 a-m, and the roadway was re-opened to through traffic yesterday afternoon. Shortly after 11 a-m Monday morning, 1 person was seriously injured when 3 vehicles crashed into each other on northbound Highway 17 near Glenwood Drive. The injured person was transported to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. The cause of that accident is still being investigated.
