(09:10) SANTA CRUZ – Crews will be replacing the water main under several streets around Santa Cruz beginning this month. The work will be conducted on sections of East Cliff Drive, Assembly Avenue and at the intersection of Seventh Avenue and East Cliff Drive. The project is expected to cause traffic delays, restricted street parking and increased noise. Residents may also have their water service interrupted for brief periods of time. Users will be given 24 hours advance notice before water service interruptions. Construction is expected to continue through late May. (S.G.)
