(15:58) SANTA CRUZ- The man known as the Pleasure Point rapist has been denied parole. In 1987, now 60 year old Kim Forrest Walters was convicted of multiple violent, degrading rapes and sentenced to 141 years in prison. Recent changes in law due to prison overcrowding require inmates that have served 25 years behind bars and that are 60 years old or over to be considered for parole. Parole was denied after a victim addressed the board. The Santa Cruz DA’s office remains commited to keeping Walters behind bars for life.
