(08:20) SAN LUIS OBISPO, MONTEREY COUNTIES – A retaining wall project in southern Monterey County has halted overnight road closures. Crews will continue working on Highway 1 near the San Luis Obispo county line in the daytime. Work will take place Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. During that time, motorists can expect delays of up to 10 minutes. The project is expected to be completed next winter. (S.G.)
