(18:50)SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Police Department is asking the public’s help in located a missing person. Yesterday (Thurs) the agency issued an alert after 83 year old Minh Dang was reported missing about 2 p.m. Dang is of Asian descent, 5’ 3” tall and 130 pounds. He suffers from the early stages of dementia and was last seen near Church and Cedar Streets. If located, immediately call 9-1-1.
