(07:05) WATSONVILLE – A utility undergrounding project is expected to resume in Watsonville this month. City officials have announced that crews will continue working on electric, television and cable wires running underneath Freedom Boulevard. The project will be done in three phases and take up to six months. Businesses and residences along the roadway will be notified about work in their area a week in advance. (S.G.)
