(06:26) SALINAS – Police are investigating a shooting and a case of vehicle theft in Salinas. Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of North Main Street shortly before 9:30 Monday night, following reports of gunfire. At the scene, investigators located a stolen car that had been struck by bullets. No shooting victims were found. A search of the vehicle recovered evidence of drug sales. The investigation is ongoing. (S.G.)
