(06:50) Watsonville – A man was arrested after he was caught with guns and drugs in Watsonville yesterday. Police officers were conducting a probation search at a home when they found 28-year-old Jesse Rubalcava in possession of 2 handguns, meth and evidence of drug sales. Rubalcava was arrested and booked into the Santa Cruz County jail on several charges including child endangerment.
