A man accused of killing a man, and then lighting the home where the killing took place on fire, has been ordered to return to a Monterey county court room. 36 year-old Erik Bjorn Olson is accused of killing his uncle, Gregory Kolbo, in their home in the Marshall Park neighborhood on the former Fort Ord. Olson is due back in court in late August for his Preliminary Exam Hearing.
