The suspect who turned himself in for the fatal December hit-and-run of a cyclist was in court today. 41-year-old Luke Logan of Santa Cruz, pleaded not guilty to charges of vehicular manslaughter and felony hit-and-run in a Santa Cruz Superior Court Room. His bail is currently set at $100,000 and Logan is expected back in court for a preliminary examination in April.
