A preliminary hearing has been delayed for a man of killing a santa cruz woman last year.   63-year-old john bruce clauer was scheduled to appear in court on monday, the 6th, but he is now set to return to court on april 23^rd to see if he should stand trial for killing 30-yr old heather stearns.
