Workers  with  the  Hollister  Public  Works  Department are  working  to  shut  off  a  12  inch  water  main.    The  main  reportedly  ruptured  about  10  p.m.  last  night,   and  has  caused  major  street  flooding  on  4^th Street  (from  Monterey to  Line  Streets).        That  section  of  roadway  is  expected  to  be  closed  until  later  this  morning.
