Rescuers used the jaws-of-life to extract a woman that was trapped in her vehicle, after being involved in an accident on thursday.   Salinas police reported that 18-year-old laticia Rodriguez pulled in front of a van on villa street at west market street.    the vehicles collided just before 2 p.m., and Rodriguez was trapped inside. (The other driver was not seriously injured.)  After being removed from her car, Rodriguez was air lifted out of the county for medical treatment.  She is unlicensed, and could face charges related to the accident.
