Los Banos and Salinas police swooped in on suspected Salinas man wanted in connection with shooting two people outside a bar in Los Banos last month.
Encarnacion (in-car-nasss-eeon) Salinas is currently in custody with bail set at one million dollars… he’s being charged with two counts of murder. The shooting victims have both recovered from their injuries.
