Employees of the Monterey County Public Works Department hauled 65 yards worth of trash and appliances from an area of Lapis Road in Marina on Friday, and on Sunday Marina Mayor Bruce Delgado organized a Clean-Up Day during which more than a dozen community members, and city leaders, collected 360 pounds of trash and 15 pounds of recyclables.
