A known burglar has been arrested in Santa Cruz….again. 41 year-old Jeremy Smith was found in possession of stolen credit cards and antique coins that did not belong to him. Smith was booked into Santa Cruz county jail. He faces possible felony charges of: possessing stolen property and burglary tools, as well as possession of personal identification material with intent to defraud.
