A King City man was given a citation for Battery and Cultivation Of Cannabis. That after officers responded to a Domestic Disturbance at a home on the 100 block of River Drive in King City. During the investigation of 23 year-old Hugo Eduardo Juarez reportedly pushing a lady, officers saw a marijuana grow in the back yard. It turned out to be only 20 plants, but that’s waaay over the 6 allowed by California state law.
