06:23 SANTA CRUZ-Kaiser Permanente formally announced plans to open three clinics in Santa Cruz County earlier this year. All three sites in Santa Cruz, Watsonville, and Scotts Valley will received renovations for urgent care, lab, radiology, and pharmacy departments. Kaiser Permanente plans to open all three clinics by January 3d. The health plan is starting with 5,800 members living in Santa Cruz County.
