(08:04) SANTA CRUZ – Crews will begin upgrading a natural gas pipeline in Santa Cruz on Monday. The work will be conducted on Graham Hill Road between Westwood and Quarry roads from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays. Crews will be upgrading the equipment that regulates the pressure in the pipeline. Drivers should be prepared for delays. The project is expected to be completed by the end of September. (S.G.)
