(17:53) SANTA CRUZ – A wall of a Santa Cruz restaurant was damaged this afternoon when a car hit the structure. The vehicle hopped the curb on the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf around 12:30, and hit the Stagnaro’s building. The restaurant, which was closed for a few hours, re-opened for this evening’s dinner trade.
