(10:25) MONTEREY BAY AREA – California America Water Company has filed an application to increase rates to its customers. Officials say the increased income would allow the company to maintain its service, and continue to fund improvements. Cal-Am’s president says he hopes to increase the company’s overall income 51-million dollars between 2018 and 2020.
