(15:25) CAPITOLA- A group of Capitola residents is challenging the approval of a second skate park. Friends of Monterey Park are suing the city over the approval of another planned skate park. A spokes person for the group says thatit is concerned over noise and crime associated with a skate park. The city council approved plans for a second park at Thursday’s meeting. The park is to be funded by a grant from a private citizen.
