(11:57) KING CITY – One person was killed and another arrested in a suspected DUI crash near King City Tuesday night. Officials say 63-year-old Thomas Nolen was driving near Lockwood-Jolon and Cross roads when he veered onto oncoming traffic and collided into a vehicle being driven by 68-year-old Marie Councilman. Councilman was airlifted to Natividad Medical Center where she was later pronounced dead. Nolen fled the scene of the crash. He was apprehended shortly after and booked into Monterey County Jail.
