(11:40) Santa Cruz – A teenager saved a suicidal persons life earlier this week in Santa Cruz. Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office reported that they were dispatched to locate a suicidal person in the area of Thompson Avenue in Live Oak. As the deputies approached the railroad tracks near 30th Avenue, they saw a juvenile holding onto a suicidal person, who was hanging from the train trestle. The two deputies on scene and the juvenile brought the person to safety. The suicidal person was transported to the County Behavioral Health Center for further evaluation.
