(08:02) CAPITOLA – A suicidal subject was taken into custody in Capitola early Monday morning. The 24-year-old woman was found outside of the fence on the 41st Avenue overpass of Highway 1. Officers were able to convince the woman to return to safety after 30 minutes of negotiation. She was evaluated and connected with support services. (S.G.)
