(08:03) SANTA CRUZ – A sewer improvement project is expected to cause traffic delays in Santa Cruz. Crews will be working on Monterey Avenue from Bay Avenue to Washburn Avenue and Pepperwood Way from Soquel Drive to the end. The area will be subject to potential lanes closures between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. through early August. Motorists are being asked to avoid the area if possible, or be prepared for delays.
