(19:19) SANTA CRUZ- Testimony has resumed in the murder trial of a Live Oak mother and son. Diana and Daniel Cohen are accused of fatally shooting Capitola property manager, 63 year old Gordon Smith. Smith was in the process of evicting the Cohen’s when he was shot to death in November of 2013. The trial had been delayed for the holidays.
