(17:40) CARMEL VALLEY- Carmel Valley residents are facing possible mudslides with future storm systems. Cal Fire officials say that the increased slide risk is due to decreased soil stability caused by last years Tasssajara fire, coupled with saturated soil condition due to recent rains.
