(18:53) APTOS-Seacliff State Beach in Aptos was closed yesterday (Thursday). Park officials closed the beach due safety concerns from big waves. Several area roadways were closed during the recent storms, including East Cliff Drive in front of Twin Lakes State Beach which was flooded by large waves Thursday morning.
