(17:06) SALINAS- A Salinas traffic stop ended with a taser assisted arrest last week. Authorities say police pulled over 30 year old Joseph Cienega for not wearing a seat belt at the intersection of East Alisal and Griffin Street. Cienega, who’s license is suspended, became combative, then an officer noticed a pistol in his waistband and deployed a taser. Cienega was taken into custody with heroin possession, and being a felon in possession of a firearm, and gang enhancements.
