(06:24) APTOS – A man was arrested in Aptos Sunday night on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of the Esplanade following a report of a fight. A victim was found at the scene with a cut on his leg. He reported that a knife had been thrown at him. Deputies were able to identify the suspect as 27-year-old Justin Cherry. Cherry was located shortly after and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
