(2054) SANTA CRUZ – Human remains were found Monday evening just miles from Bonny Doon beach, where two UCSC students were reported missing last week. A cyclist came upon the remains at Strawberry Beach in Wilder Ranch State Park at roughly 5:30 PM, police said. No identifiable markings could be found. The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office reported that an investigation is underway.
