(2114) MONTEREY – A former CSU Monterey Bay student was arrested on charges of domestic violence on Monday. The suspect, 24-year old David Dows, reportedly assaulted his former girlfriend at CSUMB student housing last December. He was booked into jail on suspicion of false imprisonment, assault with a deadly weapon, making terrorist threats, and domestic violence. He will be extradited from Santa Barbara back to Monterey County where he will be tried..
