(16:53) WATSONVILLE – A Watsonville man has been arrested in connection with Saturday’s fatal hit-and-run accident in Watsonville. 22 year-old Diego Santino Sanchez faces possible charges of D-U-I, Deadly Hit-and-Run, and Vehicular Manslaughter. The driver of the vehicle Sanchez’s car hit was pronounced dead at the scene, while that man’s passenger suffered life-threatening injuries, and was airlifted to a bay area trauma center.
