(8:53) SEASIDE- Authorities arrested a wanted felon in Seaside on Friday. At about 9:30 a.m. investigators located 35 year old Keoni Rickard on the 1700 block of Juarez Street. When contacted, Rickard attempted to flee in a vehicle by ramming cars parked around him. Officers were able to forcibly remove Rickard from the car. He was booked into county jail on multiple charges and is being held on a no-bail felony warrant.
