After serving as the Interim Community Development Director in Scotts Valley for nearly 2 years, Taylor Bateman has been given the job officially. He has been working for the city for 17 years. Bateman, who worked on Land Use Planning for years, is currently leading Scotts Valley’s General Plan Update.
