At least 6 people appear to have been arrested as part of an I.C.E. Operation in Salinas this week. Witnesses said they saw the 6 arrested near the intersection of Garner Avenue And North Sanborn Road. Salinas police officials say that U.S. Immigration And Customs Enforcement did not notify them of being in the area.
