A 1 year-old baby was placed with C.P.S., after her parents were arrested for hot-boxing their car with marijuana smoke while she was in it. E.M.S. had difficulty waking the baby, so she was taken to nearby Natividad Medical Center. The baby’s parents were booked into Monterey County Jail. They face felony child endangerment and other charges.
