The Hollister City Council will Tuesday consider a resolution to censure councilmembers Marty Richman and Honor Spencer for alleged use of profanity, harassment, bullying and threatening other council members.
In a related and earlier move, the council voted to censure council member Rolan Resendiz after complaints that he made inappropriate comments about fellow council members.
The city council meeting is set to begin at 5:30 p.m.
