Hollister city council members have decided that the 2018 Hollister Independence Rally will not officially be taking place this year. They said there were several reasons for that decision….but the biggest was the lack of a promoter….because last year’s promoter lost a major sponsor. While there’s no official rally, bikers are still expected during the Fourth Of July Week.
